• BetterVPN is provided on a subscription basis. You can cancel renewal at any time from your account.
• Acceptable use prohibits illegal activity, abuse of third-party services and any behaviour that endangers the integrity of the BetterVPN network.
• Subscriptions are billed in USD via Stripe or PayPal.

Prohibited Conduct - Copyright, P2P, and Abuse

• Copyright infringement is strictly prohibited on all BetterVPN servers. This includes downloading, uploading, or distributing copyrighted material without the rights holder's authorisation.
• Peer-to-peer (P2P) file sharing of copyrighted content is prohibited on servers not designated as "P2P Allowed." P2P-Allowed servers are clearly marked in the BetterVPN app. Using P2P protocols on standard servers may result in immediate account suspension.
• DMCA and copyright notices: When BetterVPN receives a valid copyright infringement notice identifying your account, a warning email will be sent to the address on file. A second substantiated notice will result in account suspension. Ensure your account has a valid email address.
• Spam and unsolicited communications via the Services are prohibited.
